BELOW:  Note that we are offering two different floor plans for the Catherine Model by just shifting the location

of the kitchen.  The floor plan shown first provides a larger kitchen at the rear open to the living room.  The second

floor plan has a smaller, galley style kitchen; however, it features a very large great room at the rear that offers

tremendous flexibility.  This great room would open onto a rear deck that would open out to the rear yard.  Minor changes could be made to either plan to suit a particular need.    

BELOW:  This elevation of the Catherine Model shows off the wrap around

porch at the front of the house.  All of the new homes at Casanova Estates will

have a traditional front porch for taking advantage of ocean breezes.  Also, the

gable ends and porches will be trimmed out to similar quality of the already

completed homes.
