BELOW: The Venable model was designed for the client who demands a unique 

elevation with the charm of a large wrap around porch.   The home can be designed to

have three bedrooms, all on the second floor OR can be designed to have a master

suite located on the first floor for more convenient "Aging in Place". 

BELOW:  The Montrano model was designed to provide a classic bungalow elevation. 

This home has a master suite on the first floor and two bedrooms with loft on the second

floor.   We have sketched on set of floor plans featuring roughly 1,900 square feet and

another set of plans with more than 2,600 square feet. 

BELOW:  The Charleston model was designed to provide a four bedroom option with

a guest suite on the first floor.  The porch located on the side combined with the side entry

evokes the designs so prevalent in Charleston, South Carolina.  The design was intended

to take advantage of ocean breezes, which we do get at Casanova Estates.
