One tenant of green building is to build to last. THE ANASTASIA
This model was conceived to employ the basic floor plan of the Mariana model with the addition of an office space on the first floor, shifting the two secondary bedrooms to a second floor. THE JASMINE

THE CATHERINE MODEL
The Catherine Model has approximately 1,610 square feet of conditioned space. This one story home design has two different floor plans to choose from should the home be purchased prior to construction. The other version puts the kitchen in this rear space with the family room to provdie for a larger kichen.

THE CHARLOTTE MODEL
This home plan is unique in that we can offer an attached in-law suite as an optional upgrade for those households that may need a full bedroom and bathroom downstairs for in-laws or for a home office. Without this addition, the home is a two story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. The Charlotte Model is offered at $469,000 without the in-law suite upgrade and $499,000 with the in-law suite upgrade.

OPTIONAL UPGRADES
As part of our effort to provide maximum flexibility to take advantage of these very deep lots, we offer several different garages and storage accessory buildings to compliment the homes for sale. Too often people pay to build a garage that isn't actually used to store cars, rather it is used for storage. We aim to design for the actual intended use, so if these options don't meet your needs, we'd be happy to design someting different. All of these accessory buildings are trimmed on the exterior to match the main house.
- Storage Shed - The storage shed has 125 square feet of storage and 75 square feet of covered patio that could be used for a BBQ grill or a gardening bench. This option is available for $9,900.
- Single Car Garage - The single car garage is 320 square feet. The garage includes the driveway required to access the garage. This option is available for $21,000.
- Double Car Garage - The two car garage is 620 square feet and includes room at the rear of the garage for a work bench or additional storage. This option is available for $29,900.
- Single Garage w/Boat Storage - We offer a combination garage and boat storage. The boat storage portion is open on all three sides, but it provides a way to store a small boat under cover. These lots are only one mile from a boat ramp, so we expect our customers to have some water toys.
