Lakeview Condo #4 - Painting and Flooring Progress Photos

BELOW:  Bathroom ceiling lights and trim are installed.  

BELOW:  The bathroom floor has been leveled and the floor installation in nearly complete.  Wall installation is next this week.

BELOW:  The floors are 2 1/4" wide southern yellow pine.  We ordered the flooring in long lengths to eliminate any butt joints.

Installation and finish work is now completed.  The custom stain was a near dead match to the original floor.  The existing wood

floor areas ended up getting two coats of new poly to help clean them up and blend in with the new floors.  From age and sunlight,

older original floors are just a shade darker.  Over time the new floors will darken and the difference will be undiscernable.
