Lakeview Condo #4 Insulation and Drywall

BELOW:  Insulation and fire sealing has been completed.  We insulated every wall we could.  Interior walls were also

insulated for sound control anywhere feasible. 

BELOW:  The patch in the living room where the door was covered up is completed. 

BELOW:  The new master bedroom walls have received drywall. Finish work is complete and sanded. 

BELOW:   The areas still lacking drywall shall receive Concrete Permabase tile backer in lieu of drywall.  Tile backer is

included in the tile labor and is installed by tile installer. 

BELOW:  Note the two layers of drywall and the walls shared with the hallway.  The red drywall mud is special fire

rated drywall compound.  The drywall itself is 5/8" firerated sheetrock.  Note the green board over top of the drywall

above the shower area. 

BELOW:  At the bottom of the shower, we installed the Concrete Permabase as the fire barrier.  A second layer

of Concrete Permabase will be installed over this layer.  Note the bench will be installed inside the shower pan. 

BELOW:    Portion of walls to receive wainscotting shall also have a Concrete Permabase tile backer. All other drywall

is complete.
