Lakeview Condominiums Rough In Photos
BELOW: The knee wall has been rebuilt to eliminate the knee wall and prepare for the bench. The bench will
be built inside of the rubber shower pan shown below. All rough in inspections have been completed and we are ready for drywall.
BELOW: On the right shower wall, the valves are now centered on the wall with the volume control knob just above
the thermostatic valve.
BELOW: The rear shower wall rougins have been moved according to the revised plans. The handheld shower outlet is
4" to the right of the shower bar and the volume control knob for the shower bar is 4" to the left.
BELOW: The toilet waste and supply lines were shifted over 3 to 4" to provide more room.
BELOW: This photo shows how the framing along the outside wall of the bathroom had to be furred out to ensure that
the drywall finished flush with the window in preparation for window trim and finishing.
BELOW: The vanity rough in has also been moved. We left the electrical wires for the sconces in the wall, so that the sconces
can be located once the vanity is finally set. This approach will maximize flexibility.
BELOW: Pocket door framing is completed and the door to the living room has been framed in. All areas are ready
for drywall.
BELOW: The ceiling layout was left alone as there did not seam to be any benefit from moving any or all of the fixtures.
Bathroom features plenty of lighting choices spread out over the entire room.
