BELOW: We had to cut out the center of the existing garages to install new footings and anchor bolts to support
planned 4" round steel pipe column.
BELOW: The footings were prepped with three (3) horizontal rebar per plans.
BELOW: Prep work is almost completed for the concrete toppings to be poured on top of the existing slab and to fill in areas removed.
BELOW: The footings have been poured and the concrete block work has begun.
BELOW: Additional concrete removal has begun. We plan to clear out concrete from these areas and create
landscape beds.
BELOW: Stucco is almost complete. We need warmer weather to complete a few remaining details.
