PIRIZ RESIDENCE - FRAMING AND MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS

BELOW:  The bottoms of the two steel columns have been set in mortar and the base plates have been welded to the posts. 

BELOW:  The drop down ceilings are completed and ready for drywall.  We boxed out the beam and notched it out to accomodate

the garage door openers. 

BELOW:  All huricane strapping is complete along with all tie downs.  Notice the large straps that tie down the main center beam to

the block walls. 

BELOW:  R-19 Fiberglass insulation has been installed in the ceilings of both units.  Drywall has been delivered and is ready to be hung.
