PIRIZ RESIDENCE - PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WORK IN PROGRESS

BELOW:  Plumbing work is nearly complete to replace the old cast iron pipes with new PVC pipes.  The sewer lines

are completed, tested for leaks, and inspected by the City of St. Augustine.  

         

         

BELOW:  The following photos show that the plumbing trenches have been back filled.  The additional dirt

has been removed and placed in the landscape beds. 

    

BELOW:  These photos show that the concrete at either end of the garages has been removed to prep for new aprons and revised storm drain plan. 

     

 

Electrical rough ins are completed.  All wires have been pulled and hot checked for electrical power.   Electrician will return post drywall and painting

to install decorative fixtures. 

BELOW:  The new electrical service panel has been installed and tied into two sub panels at each garage.

  

 

BELOW:  Note the two smaller conduits for phone and cable service to be run underground.  The electrician installed string in the line to facilitate

pulling the phone and cable wire to the panel location. 

BELOW:  These two photos show the top of each subpanel and in which direction all of the service wires are run.
