BELOW: These first few photos show the carriage houses prior to the start of construction.
BELOW: The following photos show demolition well underway. As of Nov. 11th, all plumbing, electrical, and gas lines
have been shut off. The electrical service wire is off of the house. The beams for the garage framing were delivered today.
At 600 lbs per beam, they took all hands on deck to get to the back of the property.
BELOW: As of Nov. 17th, the front wall of the old carriage house has been removed and
the middle roof section has been removed. We have also braced up along the front to support
the buildings while the masonry work gets underway.
BELOW: The large structural beams called for in the plans have been installed on both sides. These beams
were heavy. Each of the four beams weighed in at over 600 lbs. It took 6 men to carry from the front curb
to the rear of the house. They are braced temporarily while masonry work is underway.
