Updated Photos for Piriz Residence as of February 1st

BELOW:  BEHST Builders gets the whole family involved.  Here, Henry Benoit is helping to clean out the garage while

he watches the tractor and masons break up and pull out the concrete in the garages. 

BELOW:  The old slabs were removed and prepped for new 5" thick slabs.  We treated beneath the plastic with

termite treatment.  We have also prepped with wire mesh to reinforce the concrete. 

BELOW: The garage doors have been installed.  Some of the light fixtures have been installed.  Remaining fixtures to

be installed tomorrow, Feb. 2nd.  Electricity was hooked up to the building today by FPL.

BELOW:  The storm drains have been roughly installed.  The connections are being installed today.   Plan to pour back

new apron on Wednesday or Thursday, weather depending.  

BELOW:  We have dug up the City of St. Augustine drain pipe to plan our connection for the storm drains.

BELOW:  We have done one trial area of the driveway repairs.  We still plan to mortar in the bricks to match existing. 

Here the mason is usiing a homemade funnul to put the mortar down getting as little on the bricks as possible.
