In 2011, we did a two part project on our 115 year old cottage on St. George Street.  We renovated much of the "old" part of the house, and we added a new kitchen, master bedroom suite, and large outdoor area on the back of the house (which is visible from Cordova Street).  We worked very closely with Jon Benoit on all elements of the project.  Jon's level of knowledge, professionalism, service, and the commitment to high quality result was extraordinary — especially considering it was both new construction and renovation.  Jon promptly resolved all challenges that arose, and he was always exceeding our expectations.  I recommend Jon Benoit and BEHST Builders without any hesitation.
