This custom residence was supposed to start as a remodel, but demolition revealed multiple problems in the original structure. While the original footings and part of the original foundation were retained, the house is really new construction from the ground up. This project was designed by architect Don Crichlow with BEHST Builders facilitating interior finish selections. The highlight of this residence is the large cathedral ceiling in the living room.
