B.E.H.S.T stands for Buildings
that are:
Efficient
Building green means managing the use of water and electricity in the home, which helps to reduce monthly utility bills. Too many home buyers look at just the price tag when figuring the cost of owning a new home, but they need to take into consideration things like utilities and insurance. They should also factor in maintenance costs. We specify quality materials and methods that take advantage of every opportunity to minimize
operational and maintenance costs in the future.
Healthy
Many homeowners suffer from asthma, allergies, or have young
children who do not have fully developed immune systems. Our
job is to educate homeowners on the choices they have at each
phase of design and construction to improve indoor air quality.
Proper ventilation, insulation and finish selections are just
a few opportunities to make homes healthier.
Sturdy
Delivering a sturdy product results from quality control and
strong partnerships with designers, engineers, local suppliers, and
skilled craftsmen. We think ahead and can build in plans for
future additions and new telecommunications so the structure
is less likely to be compromised in the future.
Timeless
Our mission is to create spaces with warmth and character
by incorporating time tested details and proportions. Combined
with durable materials, smart project design provides a timeless
look that is long lasting. Green Buildings don't have to look modern to be green. We try to blend the proportions and details of the past with the latest trends in building science.
